The story of Turner Plumbing begins with a tradition of mentorship and hands-on learning. Ricky Turner, after a 15-year apprenticeship under Gene Turner and years as a foreman at McAbee Construction, founded Turner Plumbing in 1996. What started as a specialized industrial contractor has evolved into a company trusted for both complex commercial installations and urgent home repairs. Our team’s background includes plumbing for the University of Alabama’s Sewell-Thomas Stadium, local hospitals, banks, and countless homes throughout Tuscaloosa County. This ground-up experience allows us to solve problems quickly and thoroughly, whether we are repairing a slab leak in a Northport home or designing a medical gas system for a new clinic.
